The log files must be in the W3C log format.They should be taken from your IIS server hosting the Exchange CAS role.
If your Exchange server is published through a TMG or ISA server you should use the log files from them instead. Take one or more log files preferably from normal working days, zip them together in a single file and upload the file here.
